Turkey Or Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. paprika
1.4 oz. jar pimento, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. diced, cooked meat
1 can English peas, drained
8 toast cups
Preparation

In large skillet, brown onions and celery in margarine.
Add flour and mix until smooth, then add broth, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and soup.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Add pimentos, eggs, peas and chicken.
Simmer until mixture is thick, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Pour into toasted cups or over regular toast.
