Zucchini Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. finely grated zucchini
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper (dash of each)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and top with crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
