Broccoli Casserole No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 grated cheese
    6 saltine crackers
Preparation
    Boil broccoli in 1/4 cup water until tender; drain.
    Place in casserole.
    Mix milk, soup, onion and cheese.
    Pour over broccoli. Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
