Carrot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 small diced onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    3 peeled carrots, sliced thin
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion and carrots in pan or skillet until soft.
    Add rice and mix.
    Add water and bouillon; bring to a boil.
    Cover and let simmer 15 minutes.
    Uncover and add almonds and sugar.
