Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. diced apples
    4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cook on low in crock-pot for 12 hours with lid on.
    Take lid off, add cinnamon, allspice and ground cloves.
    Cook 3 hours with lid off.
    This can be canned in pint jars or served with warm toast or muffins.
    M-M-M good and you should smell it while it is cooking.
