Orange Slice Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 can Angel Flake Coconut
1 lb. chopped dates
1 lb. candied orange slices, cut up
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. orange juice
2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Combine 1 cup orange juice and 2 cups brown sugar and pour over hot cake.
Let cool.
