Drop Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix.
    Dip spoon first in hot liquid (prevents dough from sticking to spoon).
    Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water to which 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt have been added.
    Cook about 10 minutes.
