Cod Steaks With Cheddar Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 small cod steaks (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation
    Mix Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and set aside.
    Grease rack in broiling pan.
    Place cod steaks on rack; broil 5 to 7 minutes until fish flakes easily.
    Remove pan; do not turn fish.
    Spread cheese mixture on fish.
    Return pan to broiler; broil 1 minute longer or until topping is lightly browned and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
