Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. beef roast
    2 to 3 c. water
    3 bouillon or 1 Tbsp. instant bouillon
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Roast beef at 325\u00b0, uncovered, until rare.
    Cool and slice thinly.
    To pan drippings, add rest of ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add sliced beef and simmer for 5 hours.
    Serve on buns or sliced French bread.
