Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) jar pimientos, diced and drained
1 lb. (4 c.) Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Grate the cheese and place it in a mixer bowl.
Add the pimientos and cream cheese.
Mix at a slow speed.
Slowly add the Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
After the mixture is consistent, increase the speed of the mixer until the consistency is smooth. Yield: 5 to 6 cups.
