Baked French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baking potatoes (approximately 2 lb.)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 3/8-inch slices.
    Toss potatoes with ingredients in bowl.
    Place potatoes single layer on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn over and bake 10 minutes longer or until crisp and tender.
    Serves 4.
