Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. unbleached flour
 
1 c. milk (soy or nut)
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
- 
                            Beat all ingredients for 1 1/2 minutes.
 
Cook in pan with vegetable cooking spray.
