Apple-Pear Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped pears and apples
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cream stick of butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients, alternately with sour cream.
Fold in chopped apples and pears. Spread in pan.
