Crisp Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. thyme leaves (optional)
    1 tsp. marjoram leaves (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place all ingredients, except potatoes, in a gallon bag.
    Mix well.
    Put in potatoes and shake until they are well coated.
    Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
