Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix together flour, sugars, eggs, oil, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in nuts and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Spray with Pam.
Stir with spoon.
