Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
    Cook beef in skillet.
    Put in bottom of pan with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle cheese over meat. Stir together Bisquick, eggs and milk.
    Pour over top of meat. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
