Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz. Las Palmas)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 can pitted olives, sliced
    8 corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add all other ingredients, except tortillas and cheese.
    In a 13 x 9-inch casserole, alternate tortillas with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover the last 10 minutes.
