Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 small can whole kernel corn
1 c. grated American cheese
1 small onion, chopped
peppers as desired
milk as needed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and add buttermilk as needed.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
