Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (diced)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. peeled shrimp or 1 qt. carton shrimp
    2 c. Minute Rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion and bell pepper; saute in butter.
    Mix soups, tomatoes and rice.
    Add vegetables and shrimp last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
