Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    bread cubes
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in brown sugar.
    Pour mixture into 13 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add enough bread cubes and press into mixture to fill dish well and absorb liquid well.
    Scatter raisins over mixture and press in with fork. Place baking dish in shallow pan.
    Pour hot water into larger pan, 1 inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
