Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or 2 (12 1/2 oz.) cans white chicken
    2 cans French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (Healthy Request)
    1 c. mayonnaise (lite or fat-free)
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 small pkg. potato chips
Preparation
    Stew chicken. Remove all bones, skin and fat.
    Cut up.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Mix together beans, water chestnuts and almonds. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice to make a sauce. Stir together and heat slightly.
    Put chicken mixture in dish. Pour heated
    sauce over chicken mixture and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
