Stuffed Cabbages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
1/2 lb. pork
1 medium onion
4 or 5 slices bacon
1 1/4 c. rice
garlic
salt and pepper
1 pkg. kolbachi or Polish sausage, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. catsup
bread crumbs
2 cans tomato soup
3 cans water
1 large can sauerkraut
cabbage
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except cabbage and sausage.
Wash cabbage leaves and drain.
Steam leaves.
Divide mixture up and place small portion on each leaf.
Roll and secure with toothpick. Place a sausage on top of each roll. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
