Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked cornbread
    4 c. day old loaf bread or hamburger buns, crumbled
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    3 eggs or 6 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    small amount black pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine until color changes.
    Put crumbled cornbread and other bread in large mixing bowl.
    Add onions, celery, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix. Add chicken broth; mix well.
    Spray a 2-quart baking dish with Pam.
    Add mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until mixture begins to brown. Serves 6 to 8.
