Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. While this is baking, use a mixer to beat eggs, sugar, 6 tablespoons flour and lemon juice. Take pan out of the oven and pour lemon mixture over crust and bake another 20 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 2-inch squares.
