Meatless Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. diced tomato
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion or scallions (optional)
1 bag Tostitos or nacho chips

Preparation

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread over pie plate. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and onions.
Serve with taco or tortilla chips.
