Cheese Sauce For Potatoes And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    flour to thicken (4 to 5 Tbsp.)
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed cheese, mild Cheddar, Velveeta
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan over stove, watching closely to avoid darkening.
    Add flour to the pan to make a very thick paste. Add milk to the paste, stir well and add cheese, cubed.
    Great over cooked cubed potatoes, cooked broccoli, etc.
