Batter For Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Mix all ingredients together and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
    Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks. Good for onion rings, too.
