Hot Dog Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
8 slices bread
2 tsp. mustard or mayonnaise
4 slices American process cheese, cut in half to make 8 triangles
1 pkg. hot dogs
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Place bread on a cookie sheet.
Use a basting brush to spread about 1/2 of the margarine on the bread pieces, then spread mustard or mayonnaise on the bread.
Top each slice of bread with 1 cheese triangle and a hot dog.
Fold bread over to form a triangle shape.
Fasten with 2 toothpicks, poking through the bread and hot dogs.
Brush the remaining margarine on the top of each \"bread triangle.\"
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup and chips.
