Wet-Heavy Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white corn meal (not self-rising)
3 c. boiling water
2 c. evaporated milk (any kind of milk can be used)
1/2 c. sugar plus 1 Tbsp.
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 stick soft butter or oleo
Preparation

Instead of eggs, can use 3/4 cup Egg Beaters.
Can use 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons of Sweet 'N low instead of sugar. Can use skim and oleo instead of evaporated milk.
