Meat Loaf In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix the beef, eggs,
onion, 1/2 the tomato sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs together well and put in a loaf pan.
Mix the other
half
of the tomato sauce with the vinegar, mustard, brown sugar
and
water.
Pour over the meat mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
