Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. chipped ham
    1/3 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    paprika
    fresh parsley or tsp. pimento
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolk.
    Mash yolks and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add ham, carrots, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Stir well.
    Fill egg halves with mixture. Chill.
    Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with pimento or fresh parsley.
    Yield: 6 servings.
