Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 apples (4 McIntosh; 4 Cortlands)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Add ingredients one at a time in apples.
    Turn into pie crust.
    Dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top crust.
    Seal and flute.
    Cut slits into crust. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Remove during last 15 minutes.
