Microwave Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In casserole dish, put cauliflower and water.
    Microwave for 12 minutes, covered.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
    In another casserole dish (3-quart), put butter and onion; microwave for 5 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.
    Add cauliflower after draining it.
    Stir.
    You may put in 7 x 11-inch casserole dish or leave in 3-quart dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then Parmesan cheese. Microwave for 4 minutes.
    Serve hot.
