Kathy'S Calzone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian bread dough
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
roasted, red peppers, drained
1/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Let dough rise.
Roll out to form an oblong.
Layer cheese down the center of the dough.
Add drained, roasted peppers and then pepperoni on top.
Fold over one side and then the other side, like wrapping a package.
Pinch ends and along the seam.
