Pecan Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add flour, then stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
