Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can evaporated milk, with cans of water
Preparation
    Mix meat, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form in small balls about 1/2 inch round.
    Place in deep skillet.
    Cook about 15 minutes, stirring often.
    Remove from skillet when done; set aside for later.
    Pour cooking oil in clean skillet and let heat.
    Pour flour, salt and pepper in oil; stir until browned.
    Add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Add a can of water, stirring until smooth. Add more water if needed.
    Place meatballs in gravy and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
