Best Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. baking powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into large mixer bowl.
    With mixer on lowest speed, drop shortening by spoonfuls on top of flour mixture, until well blended.
    Store in airtight container, glass is good.
    (Do not refrigerate, not necessary.)
    Keeps for months on pantry shelf.
