Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the first 4 ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Combine water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fill cupcake cups 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
    Top with heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese batter. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 22 to 26 cupcakes.
