Venison(Deer Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cubed deer stew meat
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 small bell pepper or banana pepper
    salt
    Season-All
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil or lard
    cream of mushroom soup (optional)
Preparation
    In iron pot, put meat, onion, garlic, bell pepper, salt, Season-All and oil together.
    Cover with water; bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
    Simmer for approximately 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
    Turn heat up to high and let remaining water cook out of meat; then stir meat and brown without letting meat scorch. Add a little water until desired thickness.
    Makes a thick gravy. Add cream of mushroom soup, if desired.
