Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, cut up (buy them dark and soft to squeeze)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 or 2 green chile peppers or jalapenos, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 medium tomato, finely chopped
Preparation
    A food processor works best, but a blender and hand mixer both substitute (for hand mixing be sure to cut everything fine).
    Beat all ingredients except tomato until creamy; stir in tomato.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
