Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
butter
Preparation

Quarter potatoes (do not peel), one or two per person.
In a 9 x 13-inch roasting pan, add the oil and garlic and toss to coat potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake, uncovered, for about 40 to 50 minutes, turning potatoes once or twice to brown. When done, dot with butter.
