Poke Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow or white cake mix
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in 24 paper lined muffin cups.
    Remove from oven.
    Poke a hole down through the center of each cupcake with a plastic drinking straw (larger holes can be made around the center hole).
    After holes are made, pour milk into shaker cup; add pudding mix and powdered sugar. Cover and shake vigorously 1 minute.
    Before pudding thickens, pour pudding into holes. Allow remaining pudding to thicken; then spoon over top of each cupcake, swirling it to frost the cupcake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
