1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. (1/2 lb.) butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
apricot preserves
Preparation

Sift the flour.
Add baking powder.
Set aside.
Cream the butter or margarine, cream cheese, milk and sugar.
Add beaten egg yolk.
Add flour mixture.
Knead until smooth dough.
Chill dough.
