Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
2 Tbsp. melted fat
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Stir the first 3 ingredients well.
Add remaining ingredients. Beat well.
Drop corn batter into hot oil by tablespoons.
Fry 4 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot with syrup or plain as vegetable with chicken.
