Deviled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 to 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
    1 whole flattened chicken or 3 to 4 lb. chicken parts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Rub mixture over chicken 30 minutes before grilling.
    Grill chicken for 10 minutes.
    Turn and cook for another 15 to 25 minutes.
    Pierce chicken with a fork.
    When the juices run yellow, the chicken is done.
