Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and salt.
Add beaten eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and stir into mixture, mixing well.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
