Canadian Bacon Potato Skins(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Lg Baking Potatoes (12 oz. each)
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
18 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 Medium Tomato Seeded or Chopped
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
1 Cup Shredded Reduced Fat cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Reduced Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Canadian Bacon Chopped
Preparation

Place potatoes in microwave safe plate.
Prick with fork. Microwave until tender 18-22 minutes, turning once.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp leaving 1/4 inch shell.
Save pulp for another use.
Combine oil and hot pepper sauce.
Brush over potato shells.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
Cut each shell in half lengthwise.
Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle bacon, tomato, onion and cheese.
Bake 450 degrees 12-14 minutes or until heated and cheese melts.
Serve with sour cream.
Makes 8 Servings - 4 points.
