Zesty Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preparation

In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 2 cups.
