Sweet Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until soft and combined.
    Break the eggs into the butter and sugar; beat together with a large spoon. Beat well.
    Add the corn meal, then sift in the flour alternately with the milk, beating after each addition, until all ingredients are combined.
    Divide into 12 greased muffin pan sections.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
