Microwave Spinach And Noodles Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    generous dash of ground red pepper (cayenne)
    2 c. cooked wide egg noodles (6 oz., uncooked)
Preparation
    To microwave:
    Place onion in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Cover with lid; microwave on High 3 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking.
    Add spinach.
    Cover; microwave on High 5 minutes or until spinach is thawed, stirring twice during cooking.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, cheese and spices.
